Shipping & Delivery Policy
South Africa Shipping
We use Fastway Couriers for deliveries within South Africa, offering both door-to-door and door-to-counter services based on your address.
- Cape Town deliveries: R100 flat fee
- Free delivery: Orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery to all major cities in South Africa
- Additional surcharges: Apply to remote or special locations, including chain stores, mines, power stations, farms, townships, game reserves, national parks, hospitals, government departments, and trust areas.
Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within 10 days. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays beyond our control may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund within 30 days.
International Orders (Europe Only)
We do not ship from South Africa to international destinations. However, customers in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and England can shop from our print-on-demand store, where items are made to order and shipped directly from trusted suppliers in Europe.
- Orders placed through our European store are processed and shipped locally.
- Delivery times and costs vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
- As products are made to order, returns are not available for European purchases unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Order Tracking & Responsibility
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- The customer must sign for delivery upon arrival. Tonic Apparel is not responsible for deliveries that are not signed for.
- A delivery is considered complete once the parcel is handed over to someone at your provided address, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking system.
Inspecting Your Order
Upon arrival, please inspect your package before signing for it. If the parcel appears opened or damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery.
